Cafe Au Lait


Yield: 4-5 servings
  • 4 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 1/2 cups freshly brewed strong New England Coffee
Condiments:
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla beans
  • Sugar
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Honey
  • Strips of orange and lemon zest

In a medium pan over low heat, heat milk until bubbles form around edges. Whisk to form frothy bubbles. In sinsulated coffee carafe, combine coffee and milk. Serve with condiments.
