Cafe Au Lait
- 4 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 1/2 cups freshly brewed strong New England Coffee
- Ground cinnamon
- Vanilla beans
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Strips of orange and lemon zest
In a medium pan over low heat, heat milk until bubbles form around edges. Whisk to form frothy bubbles. In sinsulated coffee carafe, combine coffee and milk. Serve with condiments.
