Occasionally, we make special offers available to our consumers and periodically send out e-mail and postal mail regarding the special offers. Return & Exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days of the original order date, should the order be damaged or include the wrong item(s), by calling 1-800-338-3747 ext. 2500. Your account will be credited when the merchandise is received by our warehouse.

Our return policy does not allow for refunds on products returned after this 14-day window.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
