Our exclusive dark roast coffees are roasted longer for darker color and more intense flavor. When ordering, you choose the type of grind (coarse, medium, fine or whole bean) that suits your coffee maker. Then, we custom grind your selection and hand-pack the coffee in a tin tie bag. Once received, the coffee should be consumed within a week for the best taste and freshness and should be stored in a tightly sealed containter in a cool, dry place.
