When ordering, you choose the type of grind (coarse, medium, fine or whole bean) that suits your coffee maker. Then, we custom grind your selection and hand-pack the coffee in a tin tie bag. Once received, the coffee should be consumed within a week for the best taste and freshness and should be stored in a tightly sealed containter in a cool, dry place.
