Our exclusive light and medium roasts are favored by the majority of U.S. coffee consumers. As our mildest roast, our Light Roast Coffees are sharper and more acidic than darker roasted coffees. Coffees brewed from medium roasted beans produce the full flavor present in the beans. When ordering, you choose the type of grind (coarse, medium, fine or whole bean) that suits your coffee maker. Then, we custom grind your selection and hand-pack the coffee in a tin tie bag. Once received, the coffee should be consumed within a week for the best taste and freshness and should be stored in a tightly sealed containter in a cool, dry place.
