UPS ADDRESS VALIDATION

Address Validation is an automatic UPS function enabled on the New England Coffee Online Store. This function verifies the city, state, and postal code combination of any U.S. Ship To address. A validated shipping address will allow your New England Coffee online order to be processed.

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Alternatively, orders can be shipped to UPS Centers and authorized shipping outlets and locations.

PROCESSING

Orders are normally shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. To help plan your holiday shopping, please note the following holidays, in which there will not be any ground service (pick up or delivery) provided by UPS:

SERVICE

We offer standard shipping service via UPS. Standard ground shipping is available to all 50 states. Separate rates apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is typically made within 3 to 5 days within the continental United States, excluding holidays, after the order has been processed. For Alaska and Hawaii, standard shipping delivery will range from 6 to 10 days. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box shipping addresses. Alternatively, orders can be shipped to UPS Centers and authorized shipping outlets and locations.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are based on weight, package size, and the destination/zone of the order shipment. Since we calculate the shipping cost for the specific items you have ordered, we do not have a standard shipping rate table.
