Parts Coordinator for Service Department

New England Coffee is seeking a Parts Coordinator for the Service Department at the Malden, MA facility.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Assist in ensuring that all types of parts are in stock and ready to be delivered to customer or sales personnel in an accurate and timely manner
  • Available to fill in for related duties of the equipment coordinator and the service coordinator in their absences

Job Requirements include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft software including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Skilled operation of a company-provided hand-held computer
  • Desire to work independently
