New England Coffee adds Weis Markets Inc. to distribution network

New England Coffee Company, with production and distribution facilities located in Malden, Massachusetts, has proudly announced that they have reached agreement with Weis Markets Incorporated to have their freshly ground premium coffees added to Weis' retail selections.

Weis Markets operates over 150 stores in six states: Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, West Virginia and Virginia. Their banner stores include Weis Markets, Mr. Z's, King's and Scot's Lo-Cost. The stores will initially carry three varieties of the New England Coffee line in their stores-New England Breakfast Blend, New England Breakfast Blend Decaf, and French Vanilla.

In making the announcement James Kaloyanides, President of New England Coffee said, "we're very pleased that these outstanding supermarket chains have decided to offer their customers the delicious taste of our ground coffees. We are presently stocked by over 40 major supermarket chains from Maine to Florida and the addition of Weis Markets Inc. to our customer network is a tremendous boost for the New England Coffee brand".

Founded by the Kaloyanides and Dostou families in the City of Boston in 1916, New England Coffee is owned and operated by the third generation family members and distributes products to more than 5,000 customers nationally including hotels, inns, convenience stores, restaurants, offices, and supermarkets.
