New England Coffee website wins 2006 WebAward

The New England Coffee website continues to earn praise from the online community with its recent win of the 2006 Food Industry Standard of Excellence WebAward for design and development. www.newenglandcoffee.com was one of 2,300 websites from 35 countries that competed in 96 industry categories.

Founded by the Web Marketing Association in 1997, the WebAwards is a competition designed to recognize the people and organizations responsible for outstanding website creation. Each entry is judged on the seven criteria of a successful website: design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, and use of technology. Judges include members of the media, advertising executives, website designers, creative directors, corporate marketing executives, content providers and webmasters.
