New England Coffee celebrates 90 years

On September 9, New England Coffee Company celebrated its 90th anniversary aboard Boston’s Odyssey Cruise Ship. The owners of NECC invited employees, family and friends to dine and dance as they sailed the Boston Harbor. The black tie event commemorated a momentous time in the company’s history and showed how far the company has come since first opening its doors in 1916.

Today, New England Coffee Company is still owned and operated by the Kaloyanides and Dostou families who founded the business 90 years prior. While the company has grown to become the largest roaster and distributor of coffee in New England and one of the largest independent roasters in the country, its belief in the highest standards of customer service and product quality have remained unchanged.
