New England Coffee raises $36,000 for charity

New England Coffee’s 15th Annual Golf Classic at Andover Country Club was held on May 14th, 2007.

The day was beautiful and the golf course provided a challenging day for the players and a scenic backdrop for a successful fundraiser. Through the support from all the players, sponsors and hosts, Rosie’s Place of Boston and Hospice Care, Inc. will share in the $36,000 raised.

The proceeds raised through this tournament will enable Rosie’s Place to provide care, shelter and job training for women in need, and will allow Hospice Care, Inc. to continue to offer care and support to those with terminal illnesses. The day’s income will continue to assist these charities in their ongoing care.

New England Coffee thanks all the members of our community who made the day at Andover Country Club such an unforgettable event. Next year’s tournament will be held on Monday, May 12th, 2008.
