Shaken Iced Coffee

Description:

This popular Italian coffee drink is traditionally made with espresso but in our version we use Cold Brew or chilled brewed coffee. Shaking the coffee with ice adds some air which makes the coffee frothy and full of flavor.

Ingredients:

• 12 oz. New England Cold Brew™ or coffee brewed hot then chilled
• 1 oz. simple syrup

Directions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add in cold brew and simple syrup.
2. Shake vigorously (this is important; put some muscle into it!) until outside of shaker is frosty and drink is light and frothy, about 45 seconds.
3. Strain into a small tumbler.
