Orders are normally shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.

To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we offer standard shipping service via USPS. Standard ground shipping is available to all 50 states. Delivery is typically made within 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States, excluding holidays, after the order has been processed.
For Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, separate rates apply, and standard shipping delivery will range from 6 to 10 business days.
For package delivery status inquiries, please contact USPS with your tracking number provided in your order conformation email. New England Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact us within 14 days of the original order date, should the order be damaged or include the wrong item(s). Your account will be credited when the merchandise is received by our warehouse. Our return policy does not allow for refunds on products returned after this 14-day window. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
