3/4 cup light cream
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
Pinch of salt (optional)

Combine cream, maple syrup, almond extract and salt (if using) into a small pitcher or a cup that will allow the mixture to be poured easily; mix well.

Pour mixture into silicone ice cube trays and freeze.
