Order before 2 PM ET every Monday through Saturday and your coffee will be roasted and shipped within 24 hours.
In this cup, two great coffee heritages intertwine — Kenya’s vibrant intensity and Ethiopia’s ancient elegance. From the high plateaus of Ethiopia comes a bouquet of jasmine and wildflowers, carried on notes of ripe blueberry and sun-dried stone fruit. From Kenya’s red volcanic soils flow waves of citrus brightness — grapefruit, mandarin, and a touch of blackcurrant — layered with a wine-like richness.

We start by crafting a limited, small-batch roast made exclusively for Roast to Order.

We roast six days a week to ensure exceptional freshness. Your coffee isn’t roasted until your order is placed, guaranteeing a made-to-order experience every time.

Transferred from the roaster, sealed with care, and packed the same day.

Expertly roasted and immediately packed, your coffee ships within 24 hours—delivered at peak freshness and ready for your next great cup.

Frequently asked questions

Which coffees are available through Roast to Order?
Right now, Rift Valley Blend is the only blend available. More roast to order options will roll out in the future.
Yes, we offer Roast to Order coffee in your choice of Whole Bean or Medium Grind.

Orders placed before 2 PM ET are roasted and shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 2 PM ET  (or after 2 PM ET on Saturday) are roasted and shipped the next business day.

Not at this time. Roast to Order coffees must be purchased in a separate transaction.

Our custom ground coffees remain fresh for one month when stored in an airtight container. When you receive your custom ground or whole bean coffee, transfer to an airtight container. Once opened, ground coffee should be consumed within a week, while whole bean coffee should be consumed within two weeks for optimal taste and freshness. The natural enemies of coffee are air, moisture, and heat, so always store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

We roast and pack Monday through Saturday, within 24 hours of your order.

Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Saturday are processed on Monday.

Orders placed on the following holidays will be processed on the next business day: Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day & Thanksgiving.

All Roast to Order items ship UPS only for reliable, fast delivery.
