Froth the half & half and the strawberry powder in an electric milk frother. (If you do not have strawberry powder, you can make it by crushing freeze-dried strawberries in a coffee mill or a mini-chopper).

Fill a large glass with ice. Pour the chilled coffee over the ice and top with the strawberry cold foam. Garnish with strawberry powder (or freeze-dried strawberries) and serve.
