In a small bowl, make some coffee cake crumble topping: Combine the light brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and melted butter and mix well. Set aside until ready to use.
Pour the freshly brewed coffee into a mug. Using an electric frother and in a separate container, foam the half & half until soft peaks form. Pour over the hot coffee. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of the coffee cake crumble over the top and serve immediately.
