Orders placed before 2 PM ET are roasted and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 2 PM ET (or after 2 PM ET on Saturday) are roasted and shipped the next business day.

Whole bean coffee should be consumed within two weeks for optimal taste and freshness. The natural enemies of coffee are air, moisture, and heat, so always store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Saturday are processed on Monday.
Orders placed on the following holidays will be processed on the next business day: Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day & Thanksgiving.
