Pour the hot coffee into a cup or mug. Add the vanilla, brown sugar and salted caramel syrup and stir well.

Froth the oat milk using a handheld or electric frother, until a thick foam appears.  

Slowly pour the frothed oat milk over the back of a spoon into the coffee, so it floats on top; spoon the remaining foam on top. 

Garnish with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg and serve.
