Blackberry Bourbon was the first flavor I ever purchased from New England Coffee. I fell in love, and then had to wait almost 2 years for it to become available again.
As an iced coffee (I cold brew it for 12 hours) this flavor is refreshing enough for me to drink it throughout the day. When iced blackberry notes are stronger than the bourbon notes, creating a coffee that is almost sweet without needing sweetener. In the winter when brewed hot, the bourbon is stronger but not overpowering.
If you are considering purchasing blackberry bourbon, as a reference the other flavors I purchase regularly are pistachio ice cream and gingerbread cookie.

Smooth blackberry (think a less intense raspberry) with a hint of almost a caramel flavor from the bourbon side of the profile. It is absolutely delicious and makes the apartment smell of the blackberry notes. Overall a welcome surprise and hopefully a regular addition to the rotation.
